R&D has a significant role in SEI company strategy.
More than 10% of revenues is spent
every year to design & test new products to ensure that the latest state
of the art technology
is adopted. The R&D Department is in constant growth; a group of senior
engineers with
unique experience in design of weapon systems is supported by a considerable
number
of junior engineers. SEI has the in-house capability for mechanical, electronic
and explosive
design, which are supported by accurate modelling assessement and carried
out
in accordance with the latest military requirements for safety & performance.
